MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT LAWYER
(TV PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, LICENSING & RIGHTS)

Kinsella Legal is pleased to assist the company in finding an experienced, high flying media lawyer to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will be a talented media and commercial lawyer who is excited about working for a small, ambitious team. You will provide legal support across the business (both in the UK and the US) on a wide range of legal and commercial issues with a particular emphasis on TV production, licensing & merchandising and talent related contracts and commercial negotiation.
You must have an excellent understanding of IP law and commercial law/contracts. It is equally important that you have a genuine passion for the media and an understanding of the creative industries. Technical grounding and training in a law firm is paramount.
As an excellent communicator with strong technical and social skills, you will thrive in a team environment and be able to manage a demanding and diverse workload.
