Our Client is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property solicitor to join its highly-rated team in Teesside. The successful candidate will be able to draw on their Commercial Property knowledge and display experience of dealing with various aspects of Commercial Landlord and Tenant Law, ideally with experience of advising agriculturally-based clients. Whilst specific Commercial Property experience is ideal, our client is open to considering strong applications from those candidates with extensive Residential Property experience.

The firm itself acts for some excellent local and national clients and the quality of the work on offer is of a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Commercial Property solicitor to join an established Regional firm with excellent career progression on offer.
