Senior Residential Conveyancer

Are you a qualified residential conveyancer who is looking to step up into a senior position within a firm? Or perhaps you are already an Associate or Partner who is looking for a new challenge?

My client, a full service law firm with an outstanding reputation in the East Midlands market, seeks a senior residential conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive to head up its conveyancing team in the Newark office. This role has come about due to the current Partner having reached retirement. 

This role will suit a conveyancer who is confident and outgoing, with the ability to effectively manage a large team. You will be given an established client base as the firm has plenty of top quality work streaming through, however, you will also be expected to get involved in BD activities to develop your client base further. 

To be considered for this residential conveyancer role, you will need to be qualified via one of the three major routes (training contract, CLC, CILEx) and have at least 5 years’ post qualification experience at a respectable regional or national firm.
