THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer in Grantham. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE and solid background in general commercial property matters. Handling a diverse caseload, your duties will include: landlord and tenant matters; freehold acquisitions; bank finance matters; agricultural issues; planning; purchase orders and; developments. You will have good organisational skills and work well to meet tight deadlines. In addition, the successful Solicitor will have excellent client care skills and work well within a team and on own initiative. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE within a Commercial Property department;
Solid expertise in landlord and tenant, freehold acquisitions and development matters is essential;
You must be detail oriented with good organisational skills;
You will be able to handle your own workload under minimum supervision;
You will be ambitious and seeking to further develop your skills;
You will be IT literate.
