Your new company

An opportunity has arisen with a prestigious FMCG business based in Berkshire, a parent company for some of the most recognisable brands in the market. Now, due to organic growth they seek a Corporate Solicitor 2-4+ to join their core Legal team. Reporting into the General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Your new role

You will draft, review, negotiate a wide variety of contracts as well as assisting the team in other areas. This organisation pride themselves on their employees and the great reputation they hold in the market. Customer satisfaction is a priority and they always seek new innovative ideas to develop their business.

What you'll need to succeed

UK qualified solicitor experience gained in Private Practice or In-house.
Proven corporate experience (M&A)
