Commercial Property Solicitor

A high street practice in Surrey require a commercial property lawyer to join them on a contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is due to start in Summer and is likely to last for a period of 12 months.  

Experience in handling a full commercial property caseload is ideal. The matters you will be handling will include, but are not limited to:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
• Commercial leases and lease extensions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial developments
• Commercial property licences

The firm are looking to pay a pro-rata annual salary.

Situated near a main like train station, the firm has strong transport links for candidates based within London as well as the nearby Home Counties.
