Property Paralegal

Commercial Property Paralegal / Junior Lawyer required to join a local authority based in the North West for an initial period of 6 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a varied Commercial Property role within a well-established local authority.

The successful Property Lawyer will become a valuable asset to a close-knit, friendly team and the role will involve dealing with;

• Landlord & Tenant matters
• Sales of Land
• Right to buy purchases
• Regeneration
• Freehold conveyancing

The ideal candidate will be a team-player, who is confident in managing their own caseload with some supervision.

The ideal property paralegal / lawyers will come from a local authority background, although Private Practice candidates are more than encouraged to apply.
