Corporate Senior Associate/Partner

National law firm opportunity for a corporate solicitor at senior associate or partnership level to join its' Manchester office.
 
The firm has a strong national and local presence in corporate and is going from strength to strength having increased both in team size and profitability in recent years.  The national corporate team is enjoying a record year and has a clear plan for further growth over the next 12 months.
 
Ready to make a key appointment into the corporate team in Manchester, this can be at senior associate or partnership level.  You will have significant corporate experience, ideally in the local market as well as experience on a national platform.  You will have a good amount of M&A work in your practice and have experience of taking the main lead in transacations as well as supervision and mentoring lawyers. The team deals with a good mix of work including M&A, private finance and corporate equity.  You will also have the scope to work on an international platform.
 
Given the seniority of this appointment the firm are looking for a corporate solicitor with at least 5+ PQE.
