Clinical Negligence Paralegal - Manchester - to £25000

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the best defendant clinical negligence departments in the country. You will be a paralegalr with experience in clinical negligence litigation. Ideally from a defendant background, but those with purely claimant experience will be considered.

The firm itself is a top 100 firm with a national presence. It has seen consistent growth in its healthcare team over the last 10 years with clients including the NHSR, other private healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.

You would work out of its office in Manchester city centre assisting on caseloads of defendant clinical negligence work. You will get the opportunitiy to work on litigated cases with responsibility for instucting experts, supporting fee earners with their caseloads, reviewing expert reports and providing analysis, instructing Counsel and experts, arranging Conferences and meetings and undertaking necessary research.

The department is expanding and there are realistic opportunities for progression for those that want it.
