Structured finance NQ - 3

A market leading international law firm are looking for a junior associate to join their top tier derivatives and structured products.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of derivatives and structured finance matters, including; CLOs, CDOs, Credit linked notes, equity linked notes, commodities and credit. This will be for a varied client base including financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity houses.

The ideal candidate will between NQ and 3 years PQE. They will have trained or gained experience at a leading city law firm, built on a foundation of strong academics. This is a fantastic opportunity for any junior associate to join a highly regarded practice and will provide an excellent platform to develop on both a technical and commercial level.
