NEW ROLE - Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer

Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor sought for a new role with a leading national law firm, to be based at their Manchester office. Salary upwards of £50k.

Our client is a top 50 UK law firm, who support a diverse and impressive mix of clients comprising individuals, owner-managed businesses, household name PLCs and intuitional organisations.
They have a well-established Real Estate offering which offers the complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector.

Due to expansion they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

The work is very varied and includes: advise on and draft heads of terms; development agreements and associated construction; planning and site disposal matters; funding arrangements; freehold transfer and associated due diligence procedures; grant assignment and lease renewals.
With clients in both the public and private sectors, including developers, local authorities, schools, colleges and healthcare providers, projects the team has been involved in projects from high value £100 million+ city centre regeneration schemes to smaller bespoke ventures.

They are looking for someone with a minimum of 4PQE in Commercial Property, with training and experience gained with a city, national or recognised regional law firm. Ideally you will have as broad an experience of property work as possible as the team really do offer a 360-degree service to their clients. Strong landlord and tenant, and acquisition and disposal experience is going to be essential in the role.
