Corporate Solicitor

My client is one of the South West's leading law firms and are looking to add a capable and motivated Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE to join the Corporate team based in their Bristol office.

The role is based within a busy team environment and you will be responsible for dealing with high quality, high value work and will be afforded high levels of responsibility from the outset. Key responsibilities will include mergers and acquisitions and venture capital work.

Reporting directly to the Partner, this role will provide excellent career prospects within a highly reputable South West Firm.

The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator with keen organisation and project management skills and able to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will need the ability to build strong relationships, a commitment to client care and meticulous, flexible approach.

0-3 years PQE in a Corporate setting is essential.
