PARALEGAL - DEFENDANT INSURANCE RTA FRAUD – MANCHESTER

RTA Fraud Manchester – The Manchester office of this leading national firm is looking to hire a fee earner to handle a caseload of pre-litigated RTA Fraud cases. The role is ideally suited to someone who already has proven fraud experience. However, the Partners are also considering the option of offering training to fee earners from other areas such as straightforward RTA work.

• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: At least around six to twelve months experience in defendant RTA Fraud handling a pre-lit caseload, though, as above Partners will consider the possibility of offering the role as a possible retrain. Candidates from a claimant background will also be considered depending on experience.

NATURE OF FEE EARNING WORK

The team operates in such a way as to encourage an environment where each fee earner handles all aspects of the claim from start to finish. The team is also structured to encourage career progression and development. To that end more senior fee earners are paired with more junior ones to promote a better training environment.
