THE ROLE
A property lawyer is now sought to handle a mix of work to include both commercial and residential property work.
Clients include those in the media and entertainment sectors.
ABOUT YOU
Working for and reporting to two Property Partners, you will ideally have 3-5pqe.
The firm would be happy to consider other candidates with the relevant experience.
This should include a basic knowledge of Enfranchisement, Rent Acts/Protected Tenancies and Residential Service Charges, and lending procedures/requirements.
