Legal Advisor required a by a leading Technology business based in Basingstoke.
Client Details
Our client is a leading Technology business who are based in Basingstoke.
Description
Working within the Legal and Commercial team, the Legal Advisor will have a very broad remit which will include but not be limited to:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, contracts for the supply of goods & services, software & hardware agreements etc
- Managing and instructing external law firms where required
- Assisting with compliance matters such as anti-bribery regulations
- Legal research
- Overseeing the administration of the internal contract database
Profile
The ideal Legal Advisor will have around 3 years experience of working with commercial contracts ideally from within an in house legal team however candidates who can demonstrate commercial contracts experience from within a private practice team would certainly be encouraged to apply.
Job Offer
The successful Legal Advisor will receive:
- £30,000 - £35,000
