Commercial IT / IP Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor with experience across information technology and intellectual property matters to join one of Scotland’s best known teams. 

This forward thinking and highly regarded law firm is seeking a commercial solicitor (associate or Senior Associate) with at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial contracts to work with their fantastic portfolio of clients.  Ideally able to demonstrate experience across a broad range of commercial IT and IP matters for example; trademarks, copyright, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, licencing agreements, IP collaboration agreements and e-commerce.

As well as having strong technical skills we are looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded individual who can quickly get to the bottom of potential issues, perceive and help mitigate potential risk and deliver user friendly commercially minded advice and solutions to clients.
