Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary

There is an opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary to join the busy Commercial Litigation department of one of South Yorkshire’s most successful law firms at their Sheffield branch.

Ideally, candidates should have a good background of experience within a busy commercial litigation environment, however legal secretaries from other commercial disciplines will be considered. Excellent copy and digital audio typing skills (minimum 60 wpm) are essential with a good understanding of the need to prioritise when working with both clients and colleagues.

The commercial litigation department is ranked highly in the Legal 500. Servicing both private and public sector clients on a regional and national scale, the department provides the perfect environment in which to handle a varied and interesting workload, with a down to earth, hardworking and collaborative team to support you.
 
As a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial support to two senior fee earners within the commercial litigation department, to include audio and copy typing, diary management, client contact and formatting/amending documents.
