Locum Residential Property Solicitor (and light Commercial Property)

Locum cover is required for a period of holiday cover in August.

The firm, a high street practice in Essex, which is easily accessible from London, Northern Kent, Hertfordshire and Essex require locum cover in their Property team.  The caseload you will be covering will comprise of both residential and commercial property matters. The bias would be on the residential property matters, however the capacity to pick up light commercial property matters would be of significant benefit.

Successful candidates need to be able to handle a full caseload without supervision.

The caseload will include the following matters:

Freehold and leasehold, acquisitions and disposals, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leases and lease extensions, new builds, shared ownership and some right to buy matters as well as licences.
