An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor (minimum 4 years' PQE) to join one of the region's leading Industrial Disease teams in Merseyside.
The established and dedicated team deals with a diverse range of Industrial Disease claims including Vibration White Finger, RSI, Noise induced hearing loss and Asbestosis, from instruction right through to resolution.
As an Industrial Disease Solicitor, you will have demonstrable experience in handling your own caseload of Industrial Disease claims from start to finish, preferably across a diverse range of matters. Those with experience in dealing with complex VWF and Asbestosis matters are encouraged to apply.
The firm offers excellent quality work flow in a supportive, busy and vibrant environment, with the autonomy to stretch your skills and capabilities, and the potential to over time commence supervising junior members of the team.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary (guideline circa £43k) and benefits will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
