Are you an experienced Private Client/Probate Solicitor looking to join a successful nationwide alternative business structure based in Manchester city centre?
This alternative business structure prides itself on its customer experience and its personable approach, and is known for producing a very high quality of probate work. Probate is the firm's largest and most successful team nationwide, and due to a continued increase in work, it is looking to expand by hiring an additional Probate Solicitor (any level from NQ Solicitor up to Senior Probate Solicitor). In a unique approach, they operate with fewer KPI's, whilst offering highly competitive salaries and flexible working hours.
As a probate solicitor, you'll join the probate team in a technical role with a primary focus on client service. You'll manage, from start to finish, a regular incoming case load of complex and high quality probate cases (foreign assets, business assets, high net worth estates and complex intestacies) generated by external marketing, therefore there is no business development required from you.
The expansion of the team is allowing for both NQ Solicitors with a keen interest in probate work, as well as highly experienced senior Probate Solicitors who are looking for a role that takes a different approach to private practice. As a successful Probate Solicitor, you will take a very personable and client-orientated approach to your work and will be eager to develop your skills by taking on increasingly complex files as you continue to develop your career.
You will be a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (Fellow) with a particular interest in Probate work, looking to expand on your technical knowledge, and develop a longstanding career in this area of law.
