Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint an intellectual property and trademarks attorney to join their office in Pretoria. The team are a dedicated trademarks, data protection and copyright team who handle all aspects of IP law with a wide range of clients from reputable corporates to start ups.
The team are seeking an intellectual property lawyer with 2-8 PQE. You will need experience in; trademarks, copyright, patents, commercial IP, IP litigation, start up support, registered designs and anti counterfeiting. You will need experience in a leading South African law firm in litigation and ideally prosecution to be eligible for this role.
There will be fantastic career opportunities to progress to a senior post in the IP office.
