PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT LAWYER – GREATER LONDON – PERMANENT POSITION
Excellent opportunity for a property development lawyer to join a well-established commercial property team in a 15+ partner law firm (with 35+ lawyers) based in Greater London. This law firm’s real estate/ property legal practice is looking to recruit a property development lawyer for their specialist property development legal team.
The candidate will need to have experience of property development matters.
The team’s work covers a wide range of property development matters such as working on a range of developments (including residential and commercial), planning applications and agreements; joint venture and consortium agreements; social housing; property finance; and construction matters.
