Senior Legal Counsel - Blue Chip Organization - Dubai

• 5+ Years’ PQE (UK equivalent)
• Cross border transactional matters
• Common law qualified

Our Dubai based client is a well-known blue-chip organization with cutting edge international and regional projects. Due to their increasing workload, the need as arisen for a top tier transactional corporate lawyer to join their existing legal team.

Working with a team of 7 very highly qualified lawyers, this role will be responsible for leading the day to day legal workflow which will involve large scale cross border transaction across the globe, maintaining strong relationships with external counsel and managing complex transactions through to completion.

To be considered for this role, one must have a first-class legal background, working with a leading international law firm or be in house within a reputable corporate. The individual will have 5+ years’ PQE and have first class transactional management and execution skills.
