AVON/SOMERSET
A highly reputable in-house costs team are currently seeking a Costs Lawyer to join their successful team in their Avon/ Somerset offices.
The firm are seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer or someone working towards this with a minimum of 4 years experience.
Your will be dealing with an excellent quality caseload consisting of PI, Clinical Negligence, Court of Protection and Judicial Review including complex high value cases.
You will be experienced in drafting bills of costs, replies, budgets & negotiating settlement.
Experience within advocacy would be an advantage or someone with an interest in gaining this experience is desirable.
