Banking NQ Solicitor - Leeds

Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for an NQ Solicitor to join our client, a highly regarded regional law firm within their Banking team in Leeds.

The Banking team advises on a wide range of matters and can offer exposure to a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.

Clients include UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance to asset based lending, lease finance, securitisation and debt capital markets.

We are looking for a Trainee Solicitor currently training with a City, National or recognised regional law firm. Ideally you will have completed at least one 6 month seat in Banking & Finance, but our client would welcome applications from NQs with a seat in Corporate/ Commercial who have an interest in moving into Banking. You will be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
