Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners required for a busy department in Salisbury.

They are now seeking Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners who share their ideals and values. The firm offers flexible working hours to the successful Fee Earners and an opportunity for a head of department role.
THE ROLE
We are now seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners to join a busy department in Salisbury and a branch opening soon. This is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years PQE gained within a Residential Conveyancing department. The successful Fee Earners will ideally have some managerial experience, assisting in the training and managing of the team and ensuring the best standards of client care is given at all times. Handling a diverse caseload, you will possess a history of strong billing targets with a desire and ability to help grow the department. You will also have experience in case management system for property work, the ability to bring referral sources and experience of shared ownership systems. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Paralegal, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years PQE;
You must have solid Residential Conveyancing experience and a thorough understanding of the law and practice surrounding conveyancing;
You must have the ability to supervise and assist with the training of staff;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload working well to meet tight deadlines;
You will be an enthusiastic team player, with great people skills;
You will have excellent standards of client care and great communication skills;
You will posess a history of strong billing;
A desire and the ability to help in the growth of the residential property department is essential;
