Commercial Contracts - Manchester - 3-6 years (ideally) - to £55k
Financial services sector - we are looking for a strong commercial contracts solicitor who is looking for a broad and varied role that focuses on the financial services sector. You will need to have a good grasp of the FCA regulations and have worked on contracts involving compliance, regulatory and procurement with FCA elements and /or for financial institutions.
You will be drafting agreements for banks and financial services clients, including those that might be licenced to third parties and be used by the general public and consumers online as well as providing compliance and regulatory advice on those products and any necessary client training on those matters.
