Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

This really is an amazing opportunity to work for an elite professional services firm where you will be providing support to the Managing Partner, essentially assisting with the internal management of the organisation.

Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

This role will involve both acting as an Executive Assistant as well as undertaking in-depth research on a broad range of topics relating to business, finance, politics and public affairs. You must be happy to take on both facets of this role.

Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

This role is very demanding, diverse and varied - it is imperative that you are able to work on your own initiative, you're forward thinking and you're always thinking 'one step ahead'.

Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

Your duties in this role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for the Managing Partner
  • Providing diary management for the Managing Partner
  • Drafting and preparing the Managing Partners' Monthly newsletter
  • Preparing speeches for the Managing and Senior Partner
  • Monitoring the political landscape and changing economic environment
  • Providing a high level weekly update on issues surrounding Brexit
  • Conducting extensive primary and secondary research into a broad range of matters
  • Researching competitor activity and opportunities in the market place

You will have the following experience/skills:

  • Degree educated (Politics would be advantageous, but not essential)
  • Experience gained from Law, Accountancy, Professional Services essential
  • Experienced in dealing with Senior VIPs and business leaders
  • Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
