Commercial Property Paralegal

We are assisting a fantastic firm based in Greater Manchester to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Commercial Property Team. No Commercial Property experience is required.

The firm are a high ranking Conveyancing firm and due to expansion need to add another member to their happy team. Please note, this role could lead to a training contract for those that are eligible.

The Role

• The successful candidate will join the Commercial Property Team and work on Commercial Property transactions.
• You will assist the Head of the Department with a caseload of Commercial Property matters. You will also assist with New Build purchases.
• You will eventually handle your own caseload.

Suitable Candidates

• You will have gained at least 2 years experience in handling a variety of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases.
• You will be experienced in searches, title checking, raising queries and reporting.
• You do not need to have any experience in commercial property matters as full training will be given.
• You will be a team player but will also be able to work independently.
• You will be highly organised and have a willingness to learn.
• You will either be an LPC graduate looking to begin a training contract or someone who wishes to go down that route or the Licensed Conveyancer route.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary is attractive and negotiable, dependent upon experience up to £22,000.
• The firm will also assist you in getting qualified either as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
