An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious property litigation solicitor to join a busy firm with who have a nationwide profile.

Ideally you'll be at NQ-2 years PQE and have trained and gained experience in a comparable city or large regional team where you have taken on responsibility and either assisted or led on Property Litigation matters. An insurance litigation or civil litigation would also be of interest to the firm. If you have qualified through the legal executive route then your application will also be considered favourably.

On offer is a mixed role encompassing areas such as property litigation, landlord and tenant matters, subrogated property recovery claims, household and commercial claims. You should have a good background in litigation, running fast and multi-track claims to trial.

You can expect to defend claims on behalf of major insurers relating to property damage, fire, flood etc

The candidate will have the opportunity to become involved in marketing and client facing activities in order to build the business and his or her career. This is an expanding business with good opportunities for rapid career progression.
