Your new company
This well regarded organisation with a strong business model and track record for success, is continually looking at improvements and as such is recruiting for a strong ICSA qualified Group Company Secretary to work in a strategic role, advising the Board and Executive members.
Your new role
You will report into the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for managing the corporate governance and assurance teams. You will be part of the leadership team and take ownership for the governance, assurance and risk strategy for the organisation. Alongside writing annual reports and organising AGMs, you will work in a progressive environment, forging relationships across the group to ensure regulatory requirements are met as well as ensuring best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of successfully performing the Company Secretary role and thrive off working in a demanding role. You must have strong working knowledge of governance principles with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills as you will be engaging with board level executives, senior management and key stakeholders. You will have a great attitude to working under pressure and leading teams by example.
