Our client, a leading US firm, globally renowned legal advisor to technology, life sciences and other growth enterprises worldwide – is looking for a Mid-level (2-5PQE) lawyer to join their team based in Shanghai.
The role itself offers a broad scope of complex Merger & Acquisition and Private Equity deals, but also gaining exposure within the fast-growing TMT sector. Constantly ranked amongst the top 10 M&A advisors in the U.S. and representing more technology enterprises than any other U.S. law firm. Salaries are new Cravath.
Role Requirements
- 2-5PQE
- Fluent Mandarin. Read & write
- Previous M&A experience strongly preferred
- Top US firm will be considered
