My client is one of the leading Silver Circle firm with a strong presence here in Asia. This firm is currently growing rapidly and focusing their growth in the corporate space across the APAC market. This will be a regional with exposure across not just greater China but the entirety of Asia.
You will be working closely with the Managing Partner, gaining exposure to multiple industries including tech, retail and infrastructure. There is a low billable target of only 1500 hours and work life balance is emphasized by the firm. This role will purely focusing on M&A meaning NO IPO WORK. Also due to the wide geographical scope languages are NOT a necessity
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ post qualification experience from an international firm
- Solid experience in cross border M&A, private equity as well as corporate finance
- Open to lawyers from a variety of jurisdictions
- Solid technical skills and experience in corporate transactions
