Opportunity to join a major global player in a PSL role. To suit an experienced transactional banking and finance lawyer / PSL with experience gained in a top tier firm environment working for both lenders and borrowers.
THE ROLE
Duties to encompass maintaining and developing precedents; current awareness; organising, delivering and writing training; working with innovative legal technology solutions; answering fee earner enquiries and liaising globally.
ABOUT YOU
In addition to the experience described above, you should have excellent technical skills, with a strong grounding in the fundamentals of English contract, guarantee and security law and familiarity with the most common types of legal documents arising in banking transactions, including LMA-based facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents and legal opinions.
