Innovative practice seeks Residential Property Lawyer to assist with the continued growth of the practice.

The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic Residential Property Lawyer on a permanent basis in the Dunmow/Chelmsford area. Experienced in handling freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction through to post completion, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload advising on areas to include: sales and purchases; shared ownership; lease extensions; transfers of equity and; acting for first time buyers. Whilst this role will be predominantly focused on Residential matters, the ability to conduct Commercial Property transactions would be advantageous but is not essential.
Passionate about business development, the successful Lawyer will develop client and professional relationships, generating referrals whilst also maintaining the strong relationships they already have. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers from NQ plus;
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
You will be commercially aware;
Commercial Property experience is desirable but not essential;
You will be personable and professional with a client-focused approach;
You shall ideally bring existing relationships with local estate agents and developers;
You will have strong IT skills and the ability to confidently use an electronic case management system;
You will have a flair for business development.
