A commercial contracts job in the North West paying c£30k-£40k for a qualified solicitor
Your new company
This global company, with a UK head office based in the North West is easily commutable from Chester, Wrexham, Flintshire, Ellesmere Port or Liverpool. A vacancy has arisen in the legal team, working under the supervision of the Head of Legal who is looking to hire a permanent legal specialist to focus on contract drafting.
Your new role
You'll gain excellent exposure to a range of work from responding to general in-house legal queries, mainly around commercial contracts and you'll be responsible for drafting bespoke agreements. Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will work under supervision with exposure to international work as well as providing legal support for corporate matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with solid experience in drafting commercial contracts gained either in-house or in private practice (in-house secondment experience would be ideal). You will also need to have excellent relationship building skills as you will be engaging with the business, external customers and industry bodies.
