Commerical Prop Paralegal

My client is recognised by the Legal 500 and The Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as one of the best law firms in the North West. They are keen to expand their successful law firm with a Commercial Property Paralegal for their Manchester office.

The position will be within an expanding and vibrant finance team working for a variety of bank and lender clients on a largely sole representation basis with direct access to and supervision from more senior team members and partner heading the team.

The ideal candidate will have residential or commercial property transactional experience involving reviewing documents such as titles, enquiries and searches. Any experience in running files in whole or part is preferred and any experience of lending or finance work either for the borrower or lender is advantageous
