Company Commercial Solicitor, 0-10 years PQE, Banbury
A nationally recognised law firm with multiple offices around Oxfordshire area are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 0-10 years PQE to join their head office in Banbury.
The successful candidate will have a good academic record and proven experience in Private Share transactions, Asset Purchase, Distribution/Sale of Goods/Franchise, Private Company Articles, Shareholders¿ Agreements, Security documents, Inter-company Agreements for the provision of services, Competition and Consumer matters.
You will join the firm¿s Company Commercial department, which is based in Banbury; however you will be expected to spend time in the other offices occasionally. The current department consists of 3 experienced lawyers, 1 paralegal and 2 secretaries. There may be the opportunity to work on secondment for 2 or 3 days a week to a fast growing listed company client to provide commercial advice.
You will have a positive and creative approach to client relations and business development and will be comfortable networking, presenting seminars and writing articles.
Competitive salary offered, dependent on experience.
