Real Estate, Senior Associate

This highly regarded boutique law firm, with a strong history across real estate, corporate and litigation, is looking to add a senior associate solicitor of 5-10 year PQE to their real estate team. The role is a broad mix of work, involving acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, general estate management, investments, developments, and some property finance/security.
The firm has a diverse client base, advising on small and large scale property deals. The firm can offer some genuine City quality work, but with a different culture. The firm usually works in small teams, enabling all lawyers to have significant client exposure and responsibility from an early stage. As a senior associate, you should be interested in leading on transactions, helping and developing the more junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, ideally 5-10 year PQE, with a good breadth of real estate experience. You should have experience of taking a lead on transactions and carrying out business development.
