Civil Litigation Solicitor
A highly-successful, modern law firm in Central London are looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum 3 years PQE.
The firm are an award winning, well established law firm specialising in various practice areas including Litigation, Debt Recovery, Private Client, Property, Employment Law, Family Law, Intellectual Property and plenty more!
The ideal candidate will have experience running own caseload of Civil Litigation matters from inception to completion such as:
- Property disputes and general civil litigation
- Daily application of the CPR
- Advocacy
- ADR
- Preparing cases for trial
- Instructing Counsel where appropriate and drafting the relevant instructions
- Complying with court deadlines
- Daily communication with clients, the court, representatives and third parties
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Willingness to engage in professional development
- Willingness to engage in Business Development
