The Company
The company is a leading brand in the UK retail industry. The role requires a city-trained and experienced employment lawyer to join their existing team in Central London.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a recognised UK-retailer, supporting an already strong employment team and working with a large work force. The role will entail researching and interpreting case law; providing commercial advice on transactional and project work, and making judgements on litigation.
Required Experience
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders. Experience of dealing with a range of employment matters including: case law; TUPE transfers; and, advising HR as required.
