Our client, a leading international City law firm is urgently seeking an interim competition lawyer for up to 3 months, possibly longer. The role has arisen due to an increase in workload on the team.
The role is split 50/50 contentious and non-contentious, and the team handles merger control, merger filings, cartel investigations in the EU and UK, dominance advisory, dawn raids and agency franchising and distribution. This is an extremely varied and interesting role, and you will also have direct contact with clients and decision makers.
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 3+ PQE, with a competition background gained at a Top 200 or international law firm. UK merger filing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Due to the urgency of the role, you must be available immediately as it is starting ASAP.
