An established law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expanding team
The daily responsibilities would include:
- Commercial Property
- Landlord and Tenant
- Sale and Purchase Agreements
- Mortgage and Re-Financing
- Development Work
- Ideal candidate with also have some knowledge of Residential Conveyancing
Minimum requirements would include:
- To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with a minimum of 3 PQE
- At least 2 years' experience handling commercial property work including management of their own caseload
- Excellent client care skills advising SME clients on commercial property matters
- Previous experience managing junior colleagues such as junior residential and commercial property lawyers
- Be keen to see the business grow and become a part of this work
- There will be opportunities for career progression from the outset
- IT Literate
- Strong Communication Skills
The salary will be in line with market rate and commensurate with a candidate's experience.
