A notable law firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team
The daily responsibilities would include:
- Corporate/ Commercial Work
- Mergers and Acquisitons
- Joint Ventures
- Commercial Contracts
- Corporate Re-Structuring
- Corporate Finance
Minimum requirements would include:
- To be a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE
- At least 2 years' experience corporate/finance and commercial contracts
- Excellent client care skills
- Be keen to see the business grow and become a part of this work
- There will be opportunities for career progression from the outset
- IT Literate
- Strong Communication Skills
- Taken lead role on at least one corporate finance transaction (with a value of £500k or more)
- Drafting and Negotiating on Cross-Border/ International Contracts
- Trained at a Commercial Firm in the City
- Full UK Driving License and Own Car
The salary will be in line with market rate and commensurate with a candidate's experience.
