Structured Finance PSL

Are you a structured finance lawyer who would like to move into a professional support role? A Senior PSL with a strong client focus is sought by a major international law firm on a full-time or part-time basis.

THE ROLE

This firm has a market leading practice in structured products. The Senior PSL will deliver knowhow and professional support services in the firm's UK offices and overseas. You will be a key representative of the firm with regulatory and industry bodies and will be involved in industry wide consultations with regulators. This role will also provide many opportunities to represent the firm at global industry events and conferences with regular and direct access to clients.

You will report to the group head and your duties will include delivery of focused training sessions, presentations and knowhow updates, managing and updating the firm's precedent bank and coordinating with PSLs in other relevant areas.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This role would suit a lawyer with a strong academic background and 5PQE+ in financial services gained at another major law firm. You will ideally have experience of securitisation and/or structured products and should be willing to be actively involved in business development.
