A unique opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer has arisen in our client’s busy department at its London office. The successful candidate will work under minimum supervision and manage a diverse and demanding caseload of private client matters.
Responsibilities
• Drafting wills
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Estate administration
• Court of Protection work
• Taking client instructions
• Undertaking legal research
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of one year’s PQE in private client matters
• With excellent communication skills and client care
• Providing support to and sharing knowledge with other members of the team is essential
