My client is a global digital media business with an HQ in London looking to increase their legal team.

My client produces, distributes global content across the most dynamic digital platforms. They operate worldwide and the legal team is growing. Supporting the digital teams, this Legal Counsel - Digital Media will be intrinsic in the development of new digital products.
Description
The team is looking to recruit a motivated junior Legal Counsel - Digital Media for a newly-created role in London. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for advising and assisting the whole business on technology agreements, general commercial matters and data matters as well as supporting the fast-growing digital teams. In particular, your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, particularly with regards to digital and tech-related matters.
Profile
The ideal Legal Counsel - Digital Media will be c2-3 years' PQE* with a strong academic background. You will be a strong commercial lawyer with technology experience and a real interest in data protection law (in particular the GDPR and ePrivacy Regulations).
This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills.
