Plexus Law Overview
Plexus Law is a Specialist Defendant Insurance Practice with offices in, London, Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, Evesham, Liverpool and Edinburgh. The firm works with Insurance Companies, Corporate and Public Sector Clients and the Lloyd’s market.
Role
You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and looking for a role where you will get exposure to legal process with high levels of client inter-action. You will be encouraged to use your problem solving skills to suggest solutions and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Duties
You will be required to provide office based legal administrative support to the team including dealing with email correspondence, filing, scanning and faxing, dealing with telephone calls (both internally and externally), requesting settlement cheques, considering fixed costs entitlements, closing files at the conclusion of the claim and maintaining other office systems.
Qualifications
- GCSE/O Level – English Language and Mathematics (A – C)
- Good standard of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable:
- Experience within a legal/insurance administrative environment (1 year)
- Case management experience
- Telephone call handling experience
