Commercial Solicitor - This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast developing firm with a niche client base specialising in technology sector. This modern practice uses state of the art technology to deliver a unique, affordable and accessible legal service to the partners of one of the largest IT companies in the world.
Our client with offices in Kent and London are now looking for a further commercial solicitor to join their expanding team. They are looking for a solicitor with a solid commercial background and who can become an intrinsic member of the team. You will be advising on a range of commercial matters such as consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, settlement and employment agreements and general commercial documents. Previous experience in IT law is desirable however not essential.
This rare practice is looking at future growth over the next 1-2 years and can offer an excellent work life balance. As well as a highly competitive salary they offer flexible working and are not governed by billing targets or time recording as they are on a retainer.
