My client is a law firm with an established history, they have specialist local and regional knowledge and have a strong team ethos as focus on customer care. They are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Fee Earner with this firm, you will be dealing with a varied and interesting caseload of Commercial Property matters from instruction through to conclusion. You will be dealing with matters such as but not limited to;

• Sales and Purchase of small businesses and companies
• Purchase of industrial sites such as retail units, offices as well as development land
• Converts and title matters
• New Leases / Assignment and termination of leases
• Agricultural and farm land

The candidate

You will have a minimum of 4 years PQE and experience in dealing with a personal caseload of Commercial Property matters, you will have fantastic communication skills both orally and written. Ability to manage own case load and work to tight deadlines is also essential.
